About the StudioShakti Yoga specializes in Vinyasa Flow where Michelle Gigante, veteran yoga instructor and studio director, leads the Buffalo community toward physical freedom, mental clarity and spiritual awakening through the rhythm of breath. The studio provides guidance, skill and support on flowing through the challenges of life. Please join us in our new 3,000 square feet home with high ceilings and heated floors. A parking lot is conveniently located in the rear of the studio on Boyd St. Rear entrance is connected to the lot. Shakti Yoga offers daily classes in vinyasa flow yoga, as well as meditation, chanting, dance and live music events. |
