Vinyasa is a flow style that offers the community a chance to practice linking breath and posture together. Sun salutations are done to provide the body with a deep heat opening, the mind with clarity and the spirit with freedom. Breath work is always present. Some mat experience required due to the steady pace and challenging nature.

Beginner’s Vinyasa: dedicated to informing anyone that is an absolute beginner to yoga or reconditioning an avid practitioner. Typically this class has an assistant providing extra attention to those in need. Some knowledge on the history and philosophy of yoga is presented, lessons in how to link one posture together to the next are given and the practice of finding a deep steady breath is applied. No experience required.

Led Practice: instructor moves with the group. No instructional given. Plenty of room for play and exploration is allotted.

Gentle Yoga: a non-salutation practice suitable for anyone with injuries, conditions or just not interested in moving quickly.

Dance with Live Drumming: roots rhythm from Africa, Cuba or Brazil. Live percussion accompanied with the breaths natural rhythm join together as the class experiences uninhibited motion.

Meditation: a brief session that brings the mind into the breath.

Yoga Clinic: a workshop-style informative session on the foundation, structure and alignment of posture and body.

Satsang: a gathering of like-minded beings who come together to chant mantra, read scripture and/or discuss yogic philosophy.

Kids Yoga: a nurturing class full of exercises that create group connection and team effort. Story telling, yoga poses, songs and dance are incorporated. Suitable for ages 4-9 years old.

Teen Yoga: a session dedicated to creating a balanced life style for young adults.

Donation-Based Yoga: a pay what you can class. Making yoga instruction affordable to all.

Private Yoga: a session dedicated to the individual’s needs.
